Hostopia is a concierge travel app designed to enhance the vacation experience for guests at all-inclusive hotels. The app aims to provide seamless access to hotel services, local experiences, and personalized recommendations, making it easier for guests to relax and enjoy their stay. Hostopia needed a strong brand identity that reflects its commitment to luxury, convenience, and personalized service.
Hostopia entrusted us with developing their brand from the ground up, which involved multiple stages, including research, tone of voice, naming, moodboards, logo, brand identity, and a comprehensive brand book.




WHAT WE DID
For Hostopia, we conducted in-depth research to align the brand with market needs and guest expectations. We defined a tone of voice and name that reflect a premium yet approachable personality, then established a visual direction through moodboards emphasizing luxury and comfort. A clean, modern logo was created to represent the brand’s mission of simplifying vacations. Finally, we developed a full brand identity and brand book to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, supporting Hostopia’s goal of elevating the all-inclusive hotel experience.
